The CBS code (Call Before Showing) is a seven digit number programmed into the keybox. It allows the listing agent to control key box access by requiring authorization before opening the key box.
When booking photos for a listing, please provide the CBS code if access will be through the Supra keybox.
To obtain the CBS code, follow the steps below.

On the main page of the
Supra eKEY app, select
"My Keyboxes."

On the "My Keyboxes"
screen, select the key box
the property in question.

On the key box options page, select the "Program Keybox" option.

The CBS Code will be listed under Keybox Settings: REQUIRE CBS Code.
